Returns & Refunds policy

Returns Eligibility:

Customers who have purchased CPAP equipment from The Air Station are eligible to initiate a return and refund within 14 days from the date of purchase. This policy covers CPAP machines, masks, tubing, and other CPAP accessories.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, customers must contact The Air Station Customer Service. Customers should contact our customer service team via phone or email to inform them about the intention to return the CPAP equipment.

Return Conditions:

Items are subject to inspection before processing the refund. Inspection may take 2-4 days from the date of receipt.

The CPAP equipment being returned must be in its original condition and packaging. It should not show signs of use, damage, or wear.

All components, manuals, and accessories that came with the original purchase must be included in the return package.

CPAP masks must be returned with the original sealed packaging unopened. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened mask packages.

Bundled sets must be returned with all the items included.

A restocking fee of 15% will be subtracted from the original amount or store credit for the difference will be issued on returned items. The 15% restocking fee does NOT apply to exchanged items.

Refund Process:

Once the returned CPAP equipment is received and inspected by our team, we will process the refund.

Refunds will be credited to customer’s bank account. Please allow up to 7-14 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

Refund Amount:

The refund amount will be the original purchase price of the returned CPAP equipment, minus Gross Service Tax (GST) for tourists who have already claimed GST refund after purchase.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping expenses.

Warranty Consideration:

If the returned CPAP equipment is found to be defective or malfunctioning due to manufacturing issues, it will be covered under our warranty policy. In such cases, we will offer a replacement or repair according to the terms of the warranty.

Customized or personalized CPAP equipment may not be eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.

CPAP supplies such as, but not limited to, filters, cushions, and humidifier chambers are considered consumables and are not eligible for return.

Customer Satisfaction:

At The Air Station, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you encounter any issues with the CPAP equipment, please contact our Customer Service team immediately. We will do our best to address your concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
