exchange policy

Eligibility for Exchange:

 

To be eligible for an exchange of a CPAP device or accessories, the following conditions must be met:

 

  1. The exchange request must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase.

  2. The CPAP device or accessory must be in its original, unopened condition, with all packaging, manuals, and components included.

  3. The CPAP device or accessory must not show signs of use, physical damage, or tampering.

 

Exchange Process:

 

To initiate an exchange for your CPAP device or accessories, contact our Customer Service team via email at customer@theairstation.com to request an exchange. Provide your order details and a description of the issue you are facing. Our Customer Service team will guide you through troubleshooting steps to determine if the issue can be resolved without an exchange.

 

Inspection and Exchange:

 

Once we receive the returned CPAP device or accessory, it will undergo an inspection to verify its condition and eligibility for exchange. If the item meets the exchange criteria, a replacement will be given.

 

Additional Payment for the Price Difference:

 

If the exchanged item has a higher value, you will be required to pay the price difference between the original item and the upgraded item. Our Customer Service team will provide you with the details of the price difference and guide you through the payment process.

 

Please note that the availability of exchange items with higher value may be subject to stock availability and any applicable manufacturer restrictions.

 

If you decide to exchange for an item of equal or lesser value, you will be eligible for a refund of the price difference via store credits. This store credit can be used for future purchases from our store.

 

Exclusions:

 

The following situations are not covered under this exchange policy:

 

  1. Normal wear and tear of CPAP masks, hoses, filters, and other accessories.

  2. Damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications.

  3. CPAP devices or accessories that have been used for commercial purposes.

 

Warranty Coverage:

 

Please note that CPAP devices and accessories may also be covered by manufacturer warranties. If your item is within the warranty period, we recommend reaching out to The Air Station directly for warranty-related issues.

 

Policy Revisions:

 

We reserve the right to revise or modify this exchange policy at any time without prior notice. The terms and conditions applicable at the time of purchase will govern any exchange requests.
