The pillow’s arced shape helps prevent awkward shoulder positions and improves the blood circulation during sleep. Sleepers who find their arms above their head while they sleep often suffer from rotary cuff (shoulder) aches and injury. The ARC is designed to lessen this effect by helping the body maintain a more even shoulder position.
