We know you’re looking forward to receiving your order. Once your order is confirmed, our team will prepare it for dispatch and arrange delivery to the address provided during checkout.

Our delivery policy
Order processing
Once your order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed, we’ll begin preparing it for dispatch.
Orders are generally processed within our standard processing timeframe, subject to product availability and order verification. Some products may require additional processing before they can be shipped.
If there is any issue with your order that may affect processing, our team may contact you for further information.
Delivery
Once your order has been dispatched, it will be handed over to our appointed delivery partner for delivery to your selected address.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, the delivery service and product availability. Estimated delivery timeframes will be provided where applicable.
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping charges
Shipping fees, where applicable, will be shown during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Delivery charges may vary depending on your order, delivery location and applicable shipping arrangements.

Rates for Singapore, correct at 2 October 2026. Lazada and Shopee set their own fees, and the fee shown at their checkout applies.
Tracking your order
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.
You can use the tracking details to follow your shipment through the appointed courier’s tracking system.
If you have received a tracking number but the status has not updated yet, please allow some time for the courier to register the shipment in their system.
Delivery address
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information.
If your order arrives damaged
We take care when preparing your order, but occasionally items may be damaged during transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible and provide your order details along with photos of the package and affected item. Our team will review the issue and advise you on the next steps.
If your order hasn’t arrived
If your order has passed the expected delivery timeframe or your tracking information shows an unexpected issue, get in touch with our Customer Care team.
We’ll help you check the status of your shipment and advise you on what to do next.

For orders containing multiple products, items may be shipped separately depending on availability.
