What is the difference between CPAP, APAP, and BiPAP?
CPAP delivers a fixed pressure. APAP (Auto CPAP) adjusts pressure breath-by-breath based on your needs, ideal for most patients. BiPAP delivers two pressures (inhale and exhale) and is prescribed for more complex conditions like central sleep apnea or high-pressure requirements.
Do I need a prescription to buy a CPAP machine?
Yes. CPAP machines are medical devices requiring a physician's prescription. If you haven't been diagnosed yet, start with our Home Sleep Test. A physician will review your results and issue a prescription if indicated.
Which brands do you carry?
We are the authorised distributor and service centre for Löwenstein Medical and ResMed in Singapore, two of the world's leading CPAP manufacturers. Both brands offer machines with auto-therapy, integrated humidifiers, and smartphone connectivity.
Does the machine come with a warranty?
All CPAP machines carry a manufacturer's warranty (typically 2 years for ResMed, 2 years for Löwenstein). We handle all warranty claims and repairs on your behalf.
